Season 1 — Genesis

  • Season 1 vesting disclosed publicly — 25% at TGE + 25% per month × 3
  • Daily claims, streaks, missions, referrals, leaderboard
  • Public launch and community growth
  • Season 1 pool: 25,000,000 NOVAP — 50,000 NOVAP cap per user, unallocated remainder rolls to Season 2
  • Season end gated on milestones (1,000 linked wallets + 200 TON liquidity), backstop Dec 31 — published
  • Fund launch liquidity — 200 TON floor; pool sized to the number of holders
  • Legal entity + token legal opinion
  • Season finalizes automatically → score simulation → snapshot
  • Snapshot QA — 100-user spot check

Phase 2

Claim setup

  • Wallet-linking window closes
  • Claim tree T1 built — 25% of each allocation + Merkle root
  • Claim contract deployed + funded with the 6.25M T1 tranche
  • Contract source verified on verifier.ton.org
  • Pseudonymous dataset exported to IPFS — CID + Merkle root published

Phase 3

UpcomingShortly after Season 1 ends (Dec 2026 at the latest)

TGE — claims open

  • Claims open in-app via TON Connect
  • Founder vesting escrow live on mainnet — 10M NOVAP locked
  • Liquidity pool live on STON.fi — sized to holders (floor 200 TON + 2M NOVAP), same day as claims
  • LP tokens timelocked 12 months — lock proof published
  • Minter ownership revoked — supply fixed at 100M forever
  • Monthly claim trees T2–T4 unlock the remaining tranches; LP topped up from the 9M reserve before each
  • Round-2 claim tree for late wallet linkers

Phase 4
